The Lemke is located directly on Hackescher Markt and just a three-minute walk from Alexanderplatz. The history of our craft brewery began in 1999 in the atmospheric S-Bahn arches. We still brew our beer just a few meters from here today. You can expect a relaxed atmosphere, a green beer garden in the courtyard away from the street, a classic ambience, handmade German cuisine with Berlin classics and of course: our beer!

HEARTY BERLIN CUISINE
Our first beer is the ‘Original’, a dark lager – and it was first brewed here at Hackescher Markt in 1999. As original as this location is for our beer, the S-Bahn arches are typical of Berlin. And we cook this originality: Berlin dishes, handmade and refined with beer, Lemke-style, for every appetite and every taste. We complement the Berlin originals with classics of German cuisine.
